The application starts with a real operating constraint, a broad location, the requested work or items, and why they are needed now.
The review separates applicant claims from source evidence, screens existing support, and documents the exact amount that is still uncovered.
An eligible organizer can control a reviewed GoFundMe, or a sponsor can pay a supplier or installer directly. Sproutly never holds the farm budget.
The project publishes receipts, milestone evidence, what changed, what did not, and what still needs to be understood.
How money moves
A real project uses one named route. The route, recipient, fees, and receipt responsibility are shown before support opens.
A reviewed GoFundMe organizer or beneficiary receives the donation. GoFundMe handles payment data, payout checks, and the donation receipt.
The named organizer, beneficiary, supplier, or installer controls the approved route and documents what the project money paid for.
Sproutly presents the need, records the review trail, and publishes the agreed milestones. Any Sproutly coordination fee is separate from the farm budget.
Where Stripe fits: Stripe can process a separately approved Sproutly service invoice or an internal payment-flow test. It is not presented here as an approved public crowdfunding wallet.

Camera capture, timestamps, file fingerprints, approximate location, and AI flags can support a human review. They cannot guarantee truth, prove impact, or prevent fraud.
The pilot boundary
No project collects until consent, a specific request, an eligible adult payment controller, an appropriate reviewer, and an approved external payment route are documented. Until then, the project is still public to browse but its support button stays closed.
